New Students
If you have an unconditional offer from our University, before you can log in, you will need to create a Welcome account.
Continuing Students
If you are a continuing student, you do not need to create a new account and can enter your Student ID and password you use for other university systems below.
Returning Students
If you have studied at Leeds Beckett in the past and started before September 2018, you will need to create a new Welcome account with the Student ID you were sent in your create account email.

- A password is required. If you are an existing student this is the password you use for other University systems. For new students, it is the password you entered when you created your account
University Of Leeds Library Booking
Bookable study space is limited, so to make it as fair as possible the following limits are in place:
- You can hold up to 3 bookings at any one time on different days. As soon as one of your sessions is complete (or canceled) you can make another booking
- You can have a maximum of 3 hours per booking
- You must check in online within the first 30 minutes of your study session or it will be canceled
Select your preferred seat and start time below. By default sessions are for 3 hours, adjust the finish time using the drop-down box below the table, or click on the bin icon to start again. You can book up to 7 days in advance.
