Sudarshan Kriya is taught by trained Art of Living teachers and they use an audio cassette by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar that contains instructions to guide them with the learning Sudarshan Kriya process.

There are many courses being run at the centers. You can take the Art of Living Part I course. The Art of Living teachers are rigor sly and extensively trained, and they ensure that you learn the Kriya in the right way. They interact personally with every participant of the course and supervise them in learning it with due attention.

It is simple to learn for anybody. When you enroll for Art of Living course, you are asked by the teacher about your health condition and you will be provided necessary directions for it if needed.
