NetBanking provides facilities like person can see their account summary, current balance, all historic transaction and mini and detailed statements, transfer their funds and also operate multiple accounts like Savings, Current, Credit cards, Demat, Mutual funds and fixed deposit accounts with a single Netbanking ID.
When person downloading account statements in text then person can take back up of account statements in it.
Rules and Benefits:
There are certain rules are also here for HDFC netbanking like per customer id per day Rs. 10 lacs can transfer. A limit of 10 Lacs is applied whether there is an individual and multiple transactions of it. Funds transfer to the other HDFC accounts like zero funds are transfer to non HDFC bank accounts, no visa money transfer.
There are RTGS transactions are there which can only be done between the time periods of 9.00a.m to 3.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday. In Non banking hours there are no any RTGS transaction can be done. Person should be familiar with the process of conducting net banking transactions also.

I want to file a complaint against some members of HDFC :
Mr. Hari OM (Manager),
Mr. Deepak,
Ms Priyanka.
These people are very arrogant and not helpful at all. I request them to settle the bill amount but the response is too bad and they even don't have the correct address of my home. After providing the correct address they again putting someone else address.
Now they are even not ready to speak in proper manner and not sending any executive to collect the amount.
Ms Priyanka said to me that why dont you send your friend in their branch? I dont understand these type of conversation.
And i dont know what the hell she is talking about.
So many different peoples are calling me from HDFC from their personal contact number.
I have even filed a complaint against them on their site as well as at Consumer Court site but so far no action has been taken on this case.
